These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering the Kit Creator, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Competition: The terms and conditions apply to "Kit Creator"
2. Promoter: Vesey UK Limited, Hastingwood Business Park, Wood Lane, Birmingham. B24 9QR.
3. Eligibility: This promotion is open to all UK Mainland residents aged over 16 years (“Participants”).
4. Competition Period: The giveaway is open between 01.04.2020 to 31.05.2020 23:59:59.
5. Entry Instructions: Participants are required to share and tag Discount Football Kits in a social post with their created kit via Social channels, specifically, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram to be eligible for the prize. Entries received after the End Date 31.05.2020 will not be accepted by the Promoter.
6. Prize: The Prize awarded to verified winners is one of 50 training footballs, the ball supplied is either the Nike Pitch Team Training Football or the adidas Starlancer V Training Football, in a size and colour at our discretion. We reserve the right to supply a similar or alternative ball. provided by the promoter subject to availability. The prize is not exchangeable and no cash alternative or equivalent. Entrants do not need to make any purchase with discountfootballkits.com to be entered. Delivery of the prize is to UK mainland only. If any winner outside of the UK Mainland is selected, as defined on the companies delivery page, the delivery charge to be paid by the winner
7. Winner Selection: 50 winners will be drawn once the competition ends. If in excess of 50 entries are received then winners will be randomly selected.
8. Winner Notification: All verified winners will be notified of their win by the email they provided. Should there be any consequential issues we will be in touch via email or phone call. We reserve the right to request to see your original receipt.
9. General: By uploading an image or video you guarantee that you have read these Terms and Conditions for uploading images, photos and videos (Image/s) to the kit creator and that you agree to abide by all clauses within these Terms and Conditions. You also understand and agree that nothing in this agreement obligates the promoter to display or use your Images.
10. Publicity: Each winner agrees to participate in any publicity or other such promotional activities which the Promoter may reasonably require in connection with the promotion and the Promoter shall have the right to use each winner’s name, likeness, image, voice and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the promotion in all media without further notice and without the need to make any payment to such a winner.
11. Personal Details: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current data protection legislation. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.

Copyright ownership: By uploading an Image to DFK you guarantee that you are the legal owner of the copyright of that image, or have been awarded full and unrestricted rights from the copyright owner to upload and utilise the Image for the purposes of the Discount Football Kits kit creator or any other distribution channels including. Images that are considered to infringe the copyright or trademarks of other individuals, organisations or companies will be reported, and your details provided to the copyright owner.
14. Third-party rights: By uploading an image you guarantee that such use of the image in the DFK does not violate the rights of any other party, does not result in a breach of contract between you and another party and that you accept responsibility for any royalties or fees due to any other party from the use of the uploaded Image.
